…gets admission notice 30 minutes after confirmed dead

Unconfirmed report has it that Timileyin Opepusi, a JAMB candidate who recently scored below the 200 cut off mark at this year’s matriculation examination has been pronounced dead after allegedly committing suicide.

Opesusi Faith Timilehin was said to have taken a ‘push out’ poison after checking her low score of 190 in the recently concluded Joint Matriculation Examination (JAMB).

The report says this is the second attempt for the 19 year old candidate.

Unverified report say she protested that she made more than her current 190 score in the previous jamb result in 2024 before the unfortunate incident.

A family source said the deceased, who applied for microbiology, also sat for the same examination last year.

“She said her last year’s result was better than this year’s,” one of her close allies (name withheld) told our correspondent on the phone.

It was said that she was however offered admission hours after she was confirmed dead at Kolak Hospital, Odoguyan, Ikorodu Lagos.
