The Federal Government has launched a state-of-the-art Digital Innovation Park in Abeokuta, Ogun State, as part of efforts to build Nigeria’s digital economy and achieve President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s $1 trillion economic vision.

Unveiled by Governor Dapo Abiodun on behalf of the President, the park is fully equipped with computer labs, smart networking systems, collaborative workspaces, and multipurpose halls. It will serve as a hub for training, innovation, and digital entrepreneurship for youth and tech talent.

Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, Dr. Bosun Tijani, said the initiative is a core pillar of the Renewed Hope Agenda. Similar parks are also being developed in Kano, Enugu, and Borno States.

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), through its CEO Dr. Aminu Maida, reiterated the project’s goal to strengthen Nigeria’s ICT ecosystem and promote inclusive access to digital services across the country.
