The Magistrate court sitting in Bolade, Oshodi, on Wednesday convicted 4 defendants who were arraigned for indiscriminately dumping refuse on the road in Lagos.
All the accused persons pleaded guilty when their plea was taken before the court.
The case was subsequently adjourned till 4th of July 2025 for facts and sentencing.
The court also ordered all the accused persons to be remanded in prison custody till the date of sentencing.
