The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has received a petition seeking the recall of Senator Natasha.
Charity Omole led the petition, which was submitted by her constituents. She also spoke on behalf of the group.
Over 250,000 signatures support the petition supported.
Akpoti-Uduaghan was suspended from the Senate on March 6 for alleged gross misconduct following an altercation with Senate President Godswill Akpabio.
