Job Description
This job role manages legal risk relative to contracts to limit corporate exposure.
Job Requirements
A first degree in Law i.e., LLB)and Bachelor of Law (BL)
Required: Nig. Bar Association (NBA)
At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a legal function.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Law. A postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
Should have been called to the Nigerian Bar.

Job Responsibility
Advises the Company on general commercial interests and other legal matters as required and may be directed by the Head of Contracts Management.
Represents the Company in negotiations of commercial ventures and other proposed arrangements in conjunction with other experts.
Assist in reviewing Standard Operating Procedures that guide contract management after advice from the Head of Contracts Management.
Assists in the review, draft, negotiation, and advice on legal documentation.
Assist in monitoring time-bound legal documentation and escalate when necessary.
Assists in ensuring the setup and maintenance of a database of all legal documentation.
Assists in preparing periodic and ad-hoc reports to management.
Assist in carrying out other sundry assignments as directed by the Head of Contracts Management in conjunction with CLO/CS
