We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Cavista Holdings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of each project are aligned with business goals and objectives.

• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and track project performance using modern tools and techniques.
• Conduct risk analysis and management, report and escalate issues promptly, and establish work-around plans.
• Ensure quality standards are met, deliverables align with business objectives and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Foster collaboration among teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors while ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation from initiation to closure and conduct postproject evaluations to identify areas for improvement and inform future projects.
• Drive high customer satisfaction through excellent project delivery and regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in project management to enhance execution strategies.
• Use modern tools and techniques to track project progress and implement necessary changes.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and stay current on industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in a holdings company or diverse sectors
• PMP, ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
