The Oyo State Police Command have arrested Garuba Aminu, male, aged 20 years, for unlawful possession of a suspected human part.
He was arrested on 20th February, 2026 at about 8:00 a.m. The suspect, who disguised as a scavenger at the Commercial Oroki area of Oyo, was strongly suspected by vigilant members of the community due to his strange movements and conduct.
