A man identified as Jeremiah Kosesochi Nwoke has reportedly lost his life while trying to steal the Agemo statue at Itoro Roundabout, Ijebu Ode.
His futile attempts were made overnight to cart away the Agemo statue at the roundabout leading to the ultramodern palace of the Awujale of Ijebuland. Fortunately, the gods are at work.
