Rivers Sole Administrator has arrived Government House in Port Harcourt to take charge of the administration.
He is currently in a closed door meeting with Senior Security Officers, Federal government delegation and State Government officials.
He was sworn in on Wednesday by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
