The Senator representing Kogi Central, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, has submitted a petition against Senate President Godswill Akpabio, alleging sexual harassment at different times.

She presented the petition on the Senate floor on Tuesday, following comments she made on Arise TV regarding the allegations.

However, shortly after submission, the Senate Ethics Committee responded that the sexual harassment petition against Akpabio was dead on arrival due to procedural failure.

The petition is supposed to be signed by her constituents and not personally.
