The Federal High Court has restrained the Nigerian police from arresting social critique and activists VeryDarkMan

Gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo, had filed a lawsuit against social media commentator, Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, for alleged defamation.

VeryDarkMan had accused Chinwo in February of diverting funds from shows without paying her former record label owner, Ezekiel Onyedikachukwu.

VeryDarkMan also claimed that the singer violated her contract with the label before leaving.
