Celebrity cook, Hilda Baci is currently  targeting world jollof rice record with size 6 x 6 Metre pot.

She is expected to cook 250 bags of rice, for 20,000 registered people in Lagos.

She will be creating a another world record if she is successful.

Over 20,000 people have reportedly registered for the event which is part of the World Jollof Festival. Some of them are already at the venue, excited and ready for the feat.

The new cooking target follows Baci’s previous Guinness World Record for the longest individual cooking marathon in June 2023, a record that was later surpassed by Irish chef Alan Fisher.
